Professional training and dedication was awarded with the WTA Most Improved Player of the Year in 1996. In 1997, I was awarded the WTA player and also won the ITF Women's Singles World Championship in the same year. I was named the BBC Overseas Sports Personality of the Year.

ITF and WTA

Junior Singles Champion (September 1994 to Present)

Became the ITF Women Junior Singles Champion at the age of 14. My first international recognition award that was the gateway to a successful career. Also awarded the WTA Newcomer of the Year in 1995.

Interclub Championship

Winner (February 1992 to Present)

At the age of twelve, became the Swiss Champion. I was with the club Schutzenwiese.

ITF

Awards April 1999 to Present 27 years & 3 months

Won the ITF World Champion-Women's Singles in 1999. I was also the ITF World Champion for Doubles in 1999. The next year as well, I won the ITF World Championship for Women in singles.
After comeback, I won the ITF Women's Doubles World Champion in 2015.

Grand Slam

Winner February 1997 to Present 29 years & 5 months

Won all the grand slams over the years. Won the Australian Open in 1997 against Mary Pierce.
The same year I also won the U.S. Open against Venus Williams.
I won the Australian Open in 1998 and 1999 as well.

Wimbledon

Champion June 1996 to Present 30 years & 1 month

I won the Wimbledon Doubles title in 1996. My partner was Helena Sukova and opponents were Meredith McGrathand narissa Neiland.
Also won the 1998 Wimbledon Doubles with partner Jana Novotna.

I was the only female athlete to appear on the cover of the GQ Magazine.
