Responsible for answering calls and verifying that the caller is real. Their identity on the computer must match what they tell.
I take immediate action and forward the information to all departments concerned while talking to the caller.
Every action is swift and all information is filled out and sent within minutes. I am in charge of answering any dispatch team's questions hence it is my duty to understand the whole situation of the caller. Keeping calm, and listening patiently is also part of my job.

Responsible for attending calls, calming the caller and ensuring that they feel relaxed. Recording all the details was also my responsibility.

I had to ensure that the dispatch team had the address, details and necessary information about the case.
