Responsible for setting up the business from scratch. I had rented office space and hired a team of ten people. From there, we expanded to a total of 25 employees and a bigger office. We have a complete business set up now. I look over the expenses, budget setting, purchase of fabric and threads at reduced proces from wholesellers.
I also look after the production and contracts with clients. We make clothes on order and quality assurance team is supervised by me. Quality and target is priority at our office and all of us work towards this goal as a team.
