Responsible for meeting clients and discussing their requirements. All kinds of plans including the rough print and layout for approval from the housing authority are made by me.
I purchase material keeping the budget in mind and then work on construction with my own team of labor and technicians.
I supervise all the work and simultaneously keep record of all receipts and payment details for record.
All construction work is completed within given time and team of engineers and specialists keep visiting site to give their opinion and advice.
At every stage of construction I remain on site and also remain vigilant. My clients are always visiting during the project completion and any changes on the visits is considered.

Responsible for construction planning and design. I prepared drafts and showed it to clients. All engineered aspects were discussed with the clients and if any changes had to be made, I completed the design with amendments and seeked approval.
Once the construction work started, I supervised projects and even took care of the supply of concrete, steel and plaster. All construction marcation, design execution and elevation work was done under my supervision.

Responsible for being on site and helping with all construction work that required engineering knowledge application.
I was in charge of material usage, purchase, deliveries and the labor work related to construction.
Every morning, I reached site early and started the daily plan and assigned different tasks to different teams. All measurements, marcation, and construction basics were decided according to the plan.
