I work three days in the hospital and also work at private residences for hospital patients for 12-hour shifts.
At the hospital I maintain a clean and hygienic ward and reception area. I attend patients and treat them with kindness.
I also look after basic treatments such as medicine administration and catheter uses. For private patients also, I care for their basic needs such as getting up from bed, supervising medicines and getting them cleaned and bathed.

I took care of Mrs. Smiths, who asked me to be her aide for all the years that she was ill.
I bathed, cleaned and cooked for her and took care of the room as well.
I read newspaper to her and dressed her up to take her for lunch in the Mess Hall. I was a complete care taker and recorded her vitals such as insulin levels and blood pressure as well.

I attended the patient at the Newlands Estates in a private home.
I was responsible for getting the patient to sit in a wheelchair, go for an outing and even performed daily necessities such as visit to the bathroom or cleaning up after meals.
I kept a check on the room as well and ensured a clean room and pleasant environment or the patient.
