Responsible for research work and data presentation to managers. I am usually given assignments and I have to complete all research work and present the reports to senior management.
I also look after the queries, complains that are made by employees. Bringing them up and finding solutions with management's approval is my duty.

I was responsible for following instructions of the managers. Researching and analyzing the current HR trends and proposing different methods to improve employee efficiency and dedication was my duty.
I was in charge of keeping employees and managers informed about office functionality. I was also asked to maintain every employee's personal growth and efficiency level.
