I look after the information systems of the publishing house as well as the shops to ensure a smooth business speed.
I update and upgrade computers and also research new software and hardware options to enhance the functions.
I am in charge of helping end users with the computers and also take care of the equipment on a regular basis to ensure that all machinery is maintained well.

I was responsible for checking the computer network and individual units in the assets.
I created database and recorded all the changes that were made to the system with approval of the network in charge.
I also held regular meetings with staff members to teach them the use of various software. It was my responsiblity to ensure that every computer in the office was regularly maintained and that all end users could benefit from the changes that were made regularly to achieve company goals.

I was responsible for checking all the office systems and analyzing each software in order to upgrade, change or repair any component that may be hindering the productivity of the company.
I checked all the computer functions on a regular basis and the IT team reported to me.
