I am responsible for conducting thorough checks and daily safety tests for furnaces, assembling halls and office area. I ensure that all the employees remain safe from any kind of accidents. This is done by implementing safety policies such as heat proof overalls and screened furnaces.
I also train new employees to work according to the safety regulations. I also distribute brochures and safety pamphlets so that employees understand the importance of these steps and follow them.
I have trained several safety officers to work for other branch offices of the manufacturing company.
