Created teams of teachers to evaluate students and so far have been successful in forming college committee and assisting students with grades and performance lapse.
I have the duty of meeting with teachers and seeing if any child lacks interest or has drastically deteriorated in class. Devising methods to integrate performance is also my duty.
I maintain confidential files for each stuent and supervise class performance.

Responsible for evaluating student performance and discussing unusual drop in any student's grades. Holding confidential discussions to understand any issues that affect the pupil's attention at college.
Toubleshooting any problems and recommending treatments was also a part of my duty. I had to maintain files and help pupils decide profession acording to their strong subjects and aptitude tests.
Responsible for meeting with students and conducting aptitude tests for junior class. I also looked after special cases with family problems and heped them through with good performance and finding jobs after college.

Responsible for reading students' and teachers' files. I was in charge of holding sessions and talking to subjects in order to assess their weaknesses and strengths.
I created reports that were kept confidential and suggested ways to improve self image, goals and strategy to achieve them.
I was also responsible for conducting tests in order to evaluate teachers' performance and output efficiency.
