Robin Mehta

Responsible for assisting the surgeons in the operation theater. It is my duty to ensure that all scrubs are in a perfect sterile condition.
I also assist with the observation of blood pressure and heart rate of patients. It is my duty to keep a thorough check on the patient's post operative care chart.
I have to follow up on the patients if the surgeon instructs, however, it is not a duty on regular basis.

Worked a long time with the surgeons of all departments. My duties included preparing the nurse for surgery and observing any physiological changes in their condition prior to surgery.
I was also responsible for handling the surgical equipment, passing them to the surgeon and remaining on their side till the end of surgery.
According to the surgeon's instructions I also wrote medication prescription and handled patients with special post-operative care needs.

I worked as intern for six months and then later was a full-time nurse. My duties included working in the sterile conditions of an operation theater.
I worked with the general surgeons and assisted them in getting ready for the operation and handing over essential equipment.
I was also assigned to patient care. I wrote out the medication and also supervised the patient care nurses while they administered medicines.
