I deal with both cable TV and dish antenna customers. Collecting monthly payments and handling all kinds of technical issues is my duty.
To avoid pile up I have fixed a system of weekly calls to customers to ensure all is fine. I also make rounds and heck customers' cable reception, resolution and dish antenna frequencies.
I am responsible for dealing with calls, visits and technical repairs for our regular customers.

Responsible for attending customer calls and solving all issues related to reception, clarity and cable settings.
I was in charge of collecting the payments for monthly cable operations and often was also asked to repair and fix the television or other electric appliances.
I was a part of the team that was selected to do survey of favorite channels and throug customer suggestions, we launched several channels that increased monthly sales significantly.

I was responsible for attending regular maintenance calls of customers and setting the cable options on their tv sets. I also dealt with video/audio settings and changing directions of the dish antenna.
My primary job was cable technical work but I also fixed and repaired electronics for customers.

Responsible for fixing, tuning and servicing television sets for the requested frequencies and cable options.
It was my duty to attend calls and visit customers for installation and running of cable tv.
I was also in charge of attending customer queries and dealing with their cable and television related queries.
