I take orders from clients and then discuss with them what kind of an image they have in mind. I plan the event according to their desire and show them the material I gather for it. I always make sure that the client is satisfied at each step and there is ample communication to avoid any confusion or misunderstanding.
I look after the decoration, arrangement and use of props according to the event. I contact the catering team and once the menu is decided, sample testing is done with the client.
The electronic and lighting arrangement is discussed with the technical team and the venue is prepared while keeping all teams in coherence.

Responsible for communicating the client's ideas and demands to the different teams of the company. Getting all the required material ready for the final presentation of event plans. I was also in charge of looking after the crockery, cutlery, props and equipment being used on venue.
It was my responsibility to get the client's approval for all the menu items as well as colour options for the furniture and decorations. Offering different themes and finalizing the best option with the client was my duty. I was at standby for any instructions given by the senior event planner.

Responsible for accompanying the senior planner for every client meeting. Execution of the instructions and giving presentation to the client with final plan of their event was my duty. I stayed available at the venue of seminars or conferences to ensure proper functioning of everything.
It was my duty to deal with the clients who were looking for corporate event management. The professional attitude needed for such an event was a must for this job.
