Responsible for designing and assigning projects to under-grad as well as post-grad students. I correspond with students through e-mails and through meetings. For that, a scheduling of special class has to be done, while keeping each student's time table in view. I also give training to professors and tutor students if it is needed. Sometimes observing classes and then determining what changes need to be made in the courses is also part of my duty.
I supervise activities such as class parties and tournaments that were held on campus.

Responsible for holding meetings with subject professors to launch curriculum strategy in an effective way.
In charge of training supervisors and project designers to improve education standards. I was also in charge of supporting under-grad students with extra curricular activities and events. It was a challenge to make students understand the scope of education. I held seminars and speaking sessions to communicate with students. I offered coaching and counseling for students who did not understand any subject or could not decide which career path to choose.
