Review period end accruals for PO and non-PO expenses based on defined criteria; post manual accruals for commercial investments

Activities migration from previous team to current one
Support new team with the day to day tasks in order to maintain the same level of services provided to our customers
Support PMI's affiliates with Budget preparation, monthly/quarter/YE closing and reporting activities following each cycle

Budgeting & Reporting
Execute the process of Rolling Forecast/Original Budget
Performance of the US GAAP adjustments required for the preparation of the monthly Reporting Package
Preparation of Cost Centers report, explaining deviations vs. Plan and Forecast on a monthly and YTD basis
Provide regular reporting and insight into business to other PMI Operations / Finance groups
Customer Relationship & Financials Management

Communication with sales force about sales plan design and measurement details
Analysis of the achievement results for the sales population on monthly basis, and financial analysis of existing FMS data - comparison and reconciliation with other financial systems and making adjustments based on the results
Communication and presentation of the results to higher level management and to the executives
Ensure that correct payments on seller level have been released to payroll by given deadline based on analysis performed and approvals obtained
Ability to build trustful relation with our internal and external counterparts, pro-actively search for customer's needs and satisfy them respecting the Incentive & Commission processes
Subject Matter Expert for incentive payment process
Covering all aspects of Incentive payment process , keeping track of updates for the process and provide education to the Incentive Analysts
