Have been working in the office for more than five years and have been responsible for training, recruiting and supervising the IT team. I have been repairing hardware and have updated many software programs while developing new applications according to the demand of the clients' businesses.
I am currently responsible for training but in the past, I have looked after every single computer used in the office and have maintained all hardware and software so that office work remains fast-paced.

I was responsible for working on the office computers. I configured employees' laptops and also set up projectors and other equipment used for communication and conferencing.
I set up video teleconference and was available through out the conferences so that if there is any need of fixing, I can help immediately.

Responsible for attending all electronic complains of customers. I was more involved in the computer department and sometimes also worked on mobile phone complains.
I was responsible for repairing all computers and accessories such as printers and scanners. We booked electronics and repaired them in the workshop but sometimes I was also asked to visit the site and fix the computer hardware or software.
