Responsible for checking all computers in the shop and office and maintaining an efficient network.
I was also responsible for upgrading the computers and formulating easy software for billing and maintaining accounts. Software for stock count and communication within the different branches of the store was also my duty.
All the purchase of hardware and software program requirements were done by me alone. I was answerable to the accounts department for all the equipment bought. I ensured that I negotiated and bought the hardware and printers and other equipment on discounted rates.
