Responsible for preparing troubleshooting policies and strategies to ensure smooth network operations. i am in charge of maintenance and update of the hardware systems as well as software checks. I also look after the engineering team and work with them to ensure an efficient and fast paced network.

Maintained and updated all hardware systems and also loked after the official firewalls and rule violations. I had set up a network that needed approval from admin for the transfer of information from one department to another. This was a unique function and the company benefitted from it greatly.
I was in charge of all network functions including the computer systems in the managerial staff rooms.
I had to ensure that I was keeping the system online for the maximum number of hours so that work is not compromised at any time.

Responsible for being on shift punctually. I had to check all systems at the start of the day. I also looked after the network errors and had to correct them with the help of he engineering team. All computerized networks were to be checked by me every single day. Apart from this, i looked after the training of engineering team in terms oftroubleshooting policies.
Computers in use by employees were also to be maintained and updated periodically.
