Responsible for periodical change of packaging and introduction of new flavors.
I also look after the coordinated campaigns of sales and marketing team. Currently training sessions have kept me busy therefore I assign targets and ensure that they are met before time.
I motivate the marketing team to plan creative campaigns and research market trends so that we can promote our products accordingly. I have managed to bring our ice cream from number 4 in the market to number 1.

Responsible for increasing sales and market share by a significant 213% and 8% respectively.
I launched marketing campaigns and encouraged the marketing team to prepare effective methods of introducing juice products.
The sales team was sent out to negotiate terms with the leading supermarkets to arrange shelves, gandolas and special decorations in order to promote sales. It was my duty to keep expenses limited and motivate team members to maximize their efforts. An increase of juice sales was attributed to the efforts of the sales team.

Responsible for coordinating work with the sales and marketing team. I was in charge of supervising the product launch and ensuring that the market launch is effective.
I looked after methods to advertise the products and also encouraged team work for setting up kiosks and gandolas near public places to introduce the product and get direct feedback.
Other than advertisement and marketing, I also worked with the sales team to constantly improve supply and ensure good placing of products in suermarkets. Arranging special banners and stall decorations to promote products was also my duty.
