I look after the staff and train new recruits. Hiring of new recruits according to the need of the restaurant is also my responsibility.
Bar stock and kitchen handling is overseen by me and I maintain an account of when to order licquor and what is being used more.
I also greet visitors and answer queries regarding the restaurant or bar. I ensure that all customers are served well and in case of any complains, the matter is solved properly. I keep a regular check on the cost and maintain ways to keep it under control. We have been able to double our profits during my service and have also renovated the dining hall and extended the bar.

Mulberry Restaurant

Responsible for supervising staff memebers and ensuring efficient and good customer service. I was in charge of greeting guests and in case of any refund or complains, I handled situation amicably.
I also trained new recruits and kept a check on their performance. I was alert and always handling the kitchen and dining staff in a way to maximize their output.
I took care of the financial transactions such as salary payments and also checked all reciepts and payments with the cash register balance.
