An engineering professional having experience in manufacturing industry with specialization in improving operations process. Also equipped with sound proficiency on process control and planning with commendable organizational and time management skills. In my current position as Shift Officer, i'm responsible for managing Manufacturing process and work in progress in order to meet stipulated productivity, efficiency and utilization targets ensuring all employees are fully trained. In addition i have worked on technical aspects and planning to ensure engineering decisions are aligned with production.
