I greet all customers and guide them about all the cars in the garage. We mostly deal with new cars but some old cars are also put on sale. I am expected to know the detail of every car and answer all car-related queries of customers.
All sales are followed up so that quality customer service is provided. I also train salesmen in order to improve services. So far, I have sold many cars and have added to the growth of the business.
