Was responsible for looking after the office operations so that everything works in routine. Was also responsible for scheduling client meetings. Another scheduling duty was that of office events. I had to take care of all luncheons, dinners etc.
It was my responsibility to document all contracts and maintain every investors' record and keep a check on the stock exchange.
