I handle the reporting of every product's profit and loss. It is my duty to check the inventory and also prompt the different item production to the manufacturing unit.
I also handle teams and train them to finish all accounting tasks.
My aim is to train teams and report all the products that are facing losses or stagnation in the market. According to these reports the production unit is controlled. I have been able to reduce losses of the confectionery significantly.
